All of our products are custom and handmade by Moopaws Creations™ and small imperfections, differences in shape, size, and sometimes color can happen as this is all a part of the process. Please allow for a 1 – 2 inch buffer as all of our products are hand cut and measured.

Biothane® is a coated webbing that is 100% waterproof, stink proof and easy to clean. 

· We use ¾ in width of Standard Beta Biothane® 520 for most of our products

· We use ½ in width of Standard Beta Biothane® 520 for our Awareness Ribbons 

· We use a variety of widths of Super Heavy Biothane® for our Handles and Harnesses. 

*We do offer the option to choose your preferred Biothane® width and weight, if it's not specified, we will make our standard way.

If updated to a different width and hardware is NOT housed an additional charge will apply. This will add to your wait time as materials would have to be ordered to ensure a proper fit.

Hardware: 

· We use Chicago Screws which are a strong, durable and weather resistant metal. *With the proper care*

· We use Welded Nickel Plated Steel D-Rings to ensure a durable and long-lasting use.

· We use Stainless Steel Welded O-rings to ensure durable and long-lasting use.

· We use Nickel Plated Steel Buckles to ensure a durable and long-lasting use.

· We use Metal Quick Release Buckles to ensure a durable and long-lasting use.

· We use Nickel Plated Trigger Swivel Snap Hooks to ensure reliability, durability and long-lasting use.

· We use ½ in Metal Swivel Snap Hooks for our smaller items such as keychains, awareness ribbons, etc.  

Strength Break Points:

· 1 in Biothane® 1,000 lbs break strength

· ¾ in Biothane® 750 lbs break strength

· ⅝ in Biothane® 625 lbs break strength

· ½ in Biothane® 500 lbs break strength 

Please Note:

*While we are constantly aiming for consistency, sometimes things are out of our control and our suppliers will occasionally change materials, so subject to change. 

*Most of our products can be made in other sizes depending on color as some colors don’t come in all sizes.*

*We do not house Black, Rainbow, Brass etc hardware, BUT we do offer the option to upgrade to your preferred hardware at an additional cost. This will add to your wait time as materials would have to be ordered.  

*Our biothane gear features durable metal hardware, including nickel and zinc. While nickel resists rust, it may lose its luster over time. Zinc, on the other hand, requires extra care to prevent corrosion. To keep your gear in top condition, simply dry the metal hardware thoroughly after water exposure and store it in a dry place when not in use. This effortless routine prevents tarnishing and rusting, ensuring your biothane gear remains reliable and looking its best.

Harness & Handle Policies: 

· We will NOT make an upright handle higher than 6 inches.

· We will NOT make handles longer than 16 inches as this is unsafe. 

· We will NOT offer handles with harness orders for dogs who have a girth of 25 inches or smaller. 

· Our harnesses are for GROUNDING purposes only. There shall be NO bracing or downward pressure with the use of our harnesses as this could harm you or your dog. 

**Our Biothane® harnesses and handles are intended for grounding purposes ONLY. @MoopawsCreations™ is NOT responsible for any injury or loss caused by directly using or indirectly by the use or misuse of our products. By ordering you agree you are using at your own risk. As with all harness usage you MUST consult your orthopedic veterinarian prior to use to ensure the harness is safe for you and your dog.**

We use a ¾ in width 3 strand cotton twisted rope made from 100% cotton and dye it with non-toxic dyes. It’s the perfect mix of flexibility, durability and softness.

· We use Welded Nickel Plated Steel D-Rings to ensure a durable and long-lasting use.

· We use Stainless Steel Welded O-rings to ensure durable and long-lasting use.

· We use Nickel Plated Trigger Swivel Snap Hooks to ensure reliability, durability and long-lasting use.

 We use a variety of different types of fabrics for out materials. We use 100% cotton or polyester fabrics, duck canvas, pro tuff, etc. 

Materials/Hardware:

· We use Welded Nickel Plated Steel D-Rings to ensure a durable and long-lasting use.

· We use Stainless Steel Welded O-rings to ensure durable and long-lasting use.

· We use Metal Quick Release Buckles to ensure a durable and long-lasting use.

· We use 1 inch Black Plastic Buckles, Triglides, and Tension Locks. 

· We use Nylon Webbing.

· We use All Purpose 100% Polyester Zippers. 

· We use 100% Polyester Thread.

All of our products are handmade by @MoopawsCreations™  and small imperfections, such as minor cosmetic scratches, differences in shape, size and sometimes color are inevitable. While we aim for consistency please allow for 1-2 in buffer as all of our products are hand cut, shaped and measured. Don't think of these small imperfections as flaws, but as a one of a kind creation as no two products are exactly alike.

Discount and model codes must be used at time of order. They will not be honored after payment is received.

Model codes can not be used on ready to ship, premades, etc. Model Codes can only be used towards custom orders.
